  • 4 Chicken breasts (with skin and bones already removed)
  • Olive oil (3 tablespoon)
  • Butter (2 tablespoon)
  • Macadamia nuts (1/2 c, chopped)
  • Unseasoned bread crumbs or panko (2 c)
  • Milk (1/2 c)
  • 2 Eggs
  • All-purpose flour (1/2 c)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1: Use salt and pepper to season the boneless, skinless and pounded chicken breasts. Toss the chicken breasts in a bowl of flour. Flip to both sides so the chicken meat is coated evenly.

Step 2: Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat them. Pour in 1/2 cup milk for an egg wash. In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs/panko with macadamia nuts (already chopped).
